Shipping policy

However, we are aware that some packages may never reach their destination due to being lost in transit, theft, or may arrive damaged. Please check your order’s tracking number to check on your package’s shipping progress. If the package was supposed to be delivered, please check with members of your residence before reporting the package as lost to your shipping carrier.
