The bulb is made of corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant steel sus304 (18/8), which is resistant to mechanical damage. When making a stainless steel flask, a very thorough (finishing) polishing of the inner surface is used, which reduces the probability of deposits and unpleasant smells inside the flask. Thanks to the application of laser welding, the thermoses have become more compact and the designs have become more convenient. Innovative collapsible plugs ensure reliable closure of the thermos and can be easily disassembled and washed. The use of copper foil between the walls of the flask reflects thermal energy inside the container, allowing for a compact size while maintaining the temperature of the liquid inside the thermos. The plastics used in the production of Tiger thermoses are free from bisphenol A-BPA, which is recognized by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) in 2010 as harmful to human health. Tiger thermoses are Teflon-free. There is no Teflon coating (PTFE, fluoroplast-4) used in Tiger thermos production. Recent scientific studies have shown that substances produced from Teflon are harmful to human health. Tiger thermoses can be washed in a dishwasher.
